State Registration of perfumery and cosmetic products

Beginning January 1, 2012 all perfumery and cosmetic products, which are not registered in the Russian Federation, are to be excluded from the circulation. The Customs Union Commission has accepted new regulations, in accordance with which the following perfumery and cosmetic products are subject to State Registration:

•  Skin-care products;
•  Personal hygiene products;
•  Body care products;
•  Esthetic and decorative cosmetics;
•  Hair care products;
•  Hair coloring products;
•  Cosmetic products for intimate hygiene;
•  Pedicure and manicure preparations;
•  Sun care range, sun blocks;
•  Dental preparations and oral care products;
•  Shaving foams and gels;
•  Hair removal preparations;
•  Deodorants;
•  Toilet soap.

The list of the documents, required for State Registration of cosmetic products and household products, manufactured outside the territory of the Customs Union (foreign manufacture).
